METROCOLOGY, is a US based Master Planning and Development consultancy offering government agencies, private sector and not-for-profit clients a comprehensive suite of city planning and urban design services. The Firm delivers visioning, planning, and implementation tools for development and redevelopment opportunities from the local to regional scale.
METROCOLOGY is grounded in formulating resilient solutions to project outcomes that focus on three categories of services: 1- Comprehensive Planning, Regional Planning, Master Planning, Site Design, and Conceptual Architecture for the development and redevelopment of land, infrastructure, social & cultural assets, and natural resources, 2- preparation of Form Based Codes & Zoning Ordinances for project implementation, and 3- Strategic Planning and Development Program positioning of a project’s agreed upon goals and objectives to insure successful delivery across the short, mid and long-term phases of development.
METROCOLOGY delivers these services using multiple methods ranging from long-term client engagement to short term focused workshops and charrettes. These can be open events covered by the press and social media; or private processes involving only the client team and immediate consultant groups. The Firm’s network of affiliated professionals in the fields of environmental planning, civil engineering, transportation planning, and real estate development provide a comprehensive array of skills that can be engaged at anytime during a project’s lifecycle.

Our team of professionals has built a strong track record of property analysis and project planning. Our first step at Metrocology is to provide our clients with an upfront property assessment, including zoning, political, environmental, traffic and marketplace feasibility.
Once engaged, and to ensure timely delivery of our client’s goals, Metrocology performs a 360-degree review of the project by engaging a hand selected group of expert consultants from our Global Network who specialize in all areas of real estate planning, design and development. We work together with the client to create and execute a customized program for every project we undertake. The main goal of our process is to devise a program that will yield the highest long-term value within a project’s market through the staging of successful short and mid-term initiatives.
